About My Process
All of my paintings are created without traditional brushes. I work with acrylic inks, guiding them across the surface using straws, pipettes, palette knives, and gravity itself. By blowing, tilting, and gently manipulating the ink, I let each piece develop organically, allowing shapes, textures, and color shifts to emerge in unexpected ways. This intuitive, hands-on approach keeps every artwork one-of-a-kind, with its own rhythm, flow, and quiet sense of movement.

A warm 40" x 16" original painted with acrylic ink on canvas. This piece captures a ready‑to‑harvest field of wheat with the sun bursting through from behind, casting shadows and light that play through the stalks and heads. Golden wheat stands in contrast to a deep blue sky, accented with swirling white clouds that add movement and depth. The energy is open and expansive, giving the painting a sense of light and presence that feels like a window into another place on your wall. Created to bring a feeling of hope, warmth, and joy to your space, it was inspired by my Christian understanding of the “Bread of Life” — Christ as consumable salvation.
